Membership in REALTORS® Land Institute

Membership in REALTORS® Land Institute, Colorado Chapter #5 is automatic when you become a member of the National RLI. There are currently no State Chapter dues charged in Colorado.

RLI Members enjoy the benefits of belonging to a premier national network of qualified, professional, productive real estate brokers who specialize in land transactions, including farm & ranch, recreational property, timber, development land, and transitional land. RLI has one of the most highly regarded educational programs in the real estate industry through the RLI Land University. Members work to seek the designation of Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), through the Institute. Also available are marketing tools, including a listing site, RLIland.net and a private referral network, the Land Investment Network Club (LINC). Members in the Colorado Chapter #5 have the opportunity to attend at least 4 meetings per year that include premier educational opportunities (most courses offer CE credit), live marketing sessions during which you can promote listings and learn of others’ property listings, networking with the best land brokers in the state, and social interaction with some very fine people. JOIN RLI:
